Staying
true to the MetroStars tradition, we place our primary
focus on player development while providing a friendly, yet
competitive soccer culture. To ensure our future is as
bright as our past, we've retained much of our original
staff, while adding a few of Michigan's most qualified
coaches. All of our coaches have proven their ability
to mold players into champions that can compete at the
highest levels.
We are serious about developing the talent of every player
in our club to its full potential, all while preserving the
"fun" of soccer. We achieve this is by taking our club
further than just the soccer field and turning each team
into a tight knit soccer community. Through the guidance of
the states most experienced and knowledgeable coaching
staff you can rest assured that MetroStars players will
reach their peak soccer potential. Our developmental
philosophy, coupled with our sense of community ensures
that all soccer activities whether it be; practice, games,
tournaments, or road trips are not only a chance to learn
and grow in terms of soccer, but are events that can be
looked forward to by the whole family and never become a
burden.
Keeping kids active and involved, developing soccer
talents, and making sure we keep soccer fun yet
competitive, are at the center of the MetroStars
philosophy.
